Active Washrooms is delighted to have been selected to service one of East Anglia’s leading suppliers of ready mixed concrete to the construction industry with depots across Norfolk & Suffolk.
The aim of the company is to supply the construction industry, through a network of strategically placed distribution depots although an ever increasing proportion of our business was coming from the smaller user for private uses.
The company is committed to extending its supply network and in 2006 completed the acquisition of an existing independent company based in west Norfolk. This has given the company full coverage of the Norfolk and Suffolk area, the Plant benefited from an extensive refurbishment during 2007. The company continued with its programme to update all its existing plants and 2008 saw other branches undergo extensive refurbishment and now boasts the best plant in the area by far.
With over 50 years experience the company has completed many large contracts and has been responsible for supplying concrete to contracts such as the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital, various contracts on the U.E.A. campus, many road contracts including a section of the Norwich Southern Bypass, the A11 duelling and more recently the New Outer Harbour at Great Yarmouth.
